Southeastern in London is seeking an Employee Relations (ER) Manager to join the team at our Head Office in London Bridge, with hybrid working. You will oversee a portfolio of ER cases across the Southern Railway network, providing guidance to managers and trade unions to achieve fair and timely outcomes.
The role requires 3–5 years in employee relations, solid knowledge of ACAS and UK employment law, and the ability to manage competing priorities. CIPD Level5 is desirable.
