The successful candidate will also support the management of education agent partners, helping them with programme information, application updates and recruitment activity.

For the right candidate, there is also a clear progression opportunity into a Manager role, with the potential to help build and manage a future global recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up with student leads using HubSpot.
  • Make regular outbound calls to prospective students and respond to enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp.
  • Qualify leads, understand student needs and guide prospects through the next steps in the admissions process.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, tasks and pipeline updates.
  • Support education agent partners with programme information, application updates and recruitment materials.
  • Help monitor agent activity, performance and student conversion.
  • Work towards agreed recruitment, conversion and sales targets.
  • Support webinars, online information sessions and student engagement campaigns.
  • Attend education fairs, conferences and partner meetings when required.
  • Work closely with the senior team to improve lead conversion and agent performance.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is confident making a large number of calls and engaging with prospective students.
  • Has a sales-minded attitude and is motivated by achieving targets.
  • Can demonstrate strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Is proactive, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Is comfortable using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
  • Can manage multiple leads, tasks and partner relationships at the same time.
  • Communicates professionally with both students and external partners.
  • Has experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, customer engagement or education partnerships.
  • Is willing to travel when required.
  • Is open to occasional weekend work for education fairs, conferences or recruitment events with the senior team.

Working Pattern

  • The role will usually operate Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Occasional weekend attendance may be required for fairs, conferences or recruitment events.

Contract Type

This role will initially be offered on a self-employed contractor basis for the first 12 months.

Subject to performance, achievement of agreed targets and business requirements, there may be an opportunity for the role to move onto the company payroll after the initial contract period.

Remuneration

Basic remuneration will be agreed based on the candidate’s experience, skills and suitability for the role. Uncapped commission available for this role.

Progression Opportunity

This role offers a clear pathway for growth. If agreed recruitment and conversion targets are achieved within the first 12 months, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to progress into a Manager role, transition onto the company payroll and help build and manage a future recruitment team.
