Design Technology Teacher – Coventry

About the role

Justteachers Supply Agency are seeking a dedicated, experienced Design Technology Teacher to work with one of our partner secondary schools in the Coventry area, starting from September 2026. This long-term role is expected to last until December 2026.

The school is a ‘Good Ofsted school, achieving outstanding GCSE results in the last academic year. The school also has an outstanding SLT.

Key Responsibilities

• To teach Design Technology to KS4, including full classroom responsibilities
• To manage classroom behaviour following the school’s policy
• To work with a mixture of abilities

Pre-requisites

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Design Technology to GCSE level
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Two references we are able to apply for, desirably from an educational setting
