Housing Support Coordinator – Bristol

Places for People in Bristol is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to deliver housing and support services to customers at risk of homelessness. You will work with customers, group staff and external agencies to ensure a holistic service that meets high standards.

Responsibilities include signing up new customers, advising on welfare/benefits, conducting risk assessments, safety monitoring, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and managing a small caseload in partnership with the housing
