Senior Social Worker – Adult Mental Health & Care Management

Ackerman Pierce Ltd is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join an Adult’s Hospital Mental Health Team in Hounslow. You will manage a caseload, assess needs, and develop care plans for vulnerable adults within the Mental Health Act framework.

The role requires SWE registration, 3 years post-qualifying UK experience, and an enhanced DBS clearance. You will work within a well-structured team, with weekly pay and dedicated consultant support from Ackerman Pierce.
