Salary: £45,012 – £51,764 pa plus excellent benefits • Job type: Full-time, fixed-term contract for three years

Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate and deliver the Diocese’s strategic change portfolio in collaboration with the Director of Strategic Development.
- Bring people together, keep projects moving and turn vision into action to support flourishing parishes, sustainable ministry and church growth across the Diocese.
- Coordinate programmes, manage priorities and ensure great ideas become real outcomes by working with colleagues, clergy, parish leaders and partners.
- Lead complex programmes, build strong relationships and actively manage priorities, governance and budgets.
Requirements
- Experience as a collaborative and organised programme professional with experience of working with multiple stakeholders, supporting senior leaders and delivering strategic change.
- Practising Christian (GoR applies under section 9 of the Equality Act 2010) with a good understanding of the Church of England and a passion for its mission and ministry.
