True North Construction is a growing, reputable construction company based in Newcastle upon Tyne, delivering high‑quality renovations, extensions, and new build projects across the North East. We are looking to expand our network of skilled sub‑contractor Joiners to support residential and commercial projects. This role is ideal for experienced joiners who take pride in their work, communicate well with clients, and can deliver a high standard of finish consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• First and second fix joinery
• Installation of doors, skirting, architraves, stair components, flooring, and bespoke elements
• Working alongside site teams to deliver projects on time and to specification
• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
• Being able to read drawings

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
• Good communication skills and a positive, reliable attitude
• Own tools and transport
• Public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
