Actuarial Reserving Graduate – Hybrid, Flexible & AI-Driven

Hastings Direct is seeking a highly motivated Actuarial Reserving Graduate to join the Group Actuarial Function in London. You will estimate future claims costs across Motor and Household portfolios while building actuarial tooling, including Python and AI-driven automation.

You will produce monthly and quarterly reserving analyses, use Chain Ladder and Bornhuetter-Ferguson techniques, and collaborate with Pricing, Underwriting, Claims and Finance to deliver data-driven insights.
