Project Manager – Glasgow

£70,000–£75,000 + Bonus + Pension + Mileage Allowance

Contract Scotland are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a reputable construction business based in Glasgow.

Reporting directly to the Construction Director, you will take responsibility for the delivery of a live construction project, ensuring it is completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys managing projects from inception through to completion, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, clients, and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for project delivery.
• Managing programme, budget, quality, and health & safety performance.
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintaining effective communication with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.
• Providing regular project updates to the Construction Director.
• Ensuring all works are delivered in line with company and industry standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Project Manager within the construction sector.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project demands.
• Good commercial awareness and programme management experience.
• A proactive and professional approach to project delivery.
