Marks & Spencer is looking for a Senior Product Designer to re‑imagine native app experiences for our customers. This full‑time, on‑site role in London offers competitive salary, discretionary bonus and a range of benefits.

What you’ll do

• Create information architecture diagrams, wireframes, visual design and animations that bring ideas to life with user‑focused brand experiences.
• Turn research, testing and analytics into actionable design improvements for A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Build relationships with product, trade, engineering and marketing teams to deliver solutions that have real impact for customers and the business.
• Lead cross‑functional workshops, presentations and creative collaboration sessions to build confidence and alignment in design direction.
• Contribute to the future of our design system, leading the way in app patterns and components for native mobile and tablet.

Who you are

• Extensive experience designing B2C native apps for millions of customers.
• Great sense of style and taste across fashion, homeware, beauty and food – with a discerning eye for detail.
• Deep knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design and the ability to customise app experiences to elevate the brand.
• Up‑to‑date with the latest smart‑tech patterns, languages and technologies.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and a passion for collaborative problem‑solving across diverse teams.
