Senior Manager – AI Controls

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the transformation in financial services and ensuring customer protection
• Supporting the Insurance, Pensions & Investments (IP&I) business
• Developing, operating and maintaining machine learning solutions
• Lead the design and development of controls for AI models
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Partnering with the Group Responsible AI team for ethical compliance
• Mentoring junior data scientists and AI engineers

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Foundation Models
• Experience to situationally assess and advise on Machine Learning solutions
• 5 years+ experience in Python
• Experience of designing and applying appropriate controls
• Capable of end-to-end delivery of products on Google Cloud Platform
• Task and/or line managed teams of 10+ colleagues
