Groundworks Quantity Surveyor – Commercial & Cost Control

BWSR LIMITED is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our civil engineering team in the groundworks sector in Coatbridge. The successful candidate will support commercial management on groundworks projects, collaborating with site teams, clients and subcontractors to keep costs under control and profits healthy.

You will handle valuations, cost reports, measurements, and variations, assist with tendering and pricing, and monitor budgets.
