Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing (Reactive Maintenance)

WATES is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to support reactive maintenance and voids contracts in Redditch. You will drive commercial performance in a fast-paced social housing environment, handling costs, forecasting and value across multiple workstreams.

You will measure works using SOR/PPP, prepare valuations, negotiate with subcontractors and manage risks while supporting tender pricing and operations. DBS checks may apply, with opportunities for career progression.
