Senior Mechanical Design Engineer — Concept to Production

Reed in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to take products from concept through to manufacture. The role is hybrid (2 days WFH) and involves developing robust, manufacturable solutions for pumps, engine ancillaries and electromechanical systems.

You’ll apply GD&T, design for injection moulding and casting, and work closely with manufacturing and suppliers to optimise designs for production. A strong background in 3D CAD (Creo) and first principles thinking is essential.
