IT Project/Solutions Engineer – UK

Ever Nimble is looking for an IT Project Engineer to join its Solutions team in Swansea, UK. The role focuses on delivering first- and second-line technical support, maintaining hardware, software, networks, servers, and handling on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line tech support to customers.
• Support hardware including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
• Support a broad range of software across multiple industries.
• Conduct on‑site visits for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
• Escalate issues to Senior Technicians or vendors as needed.
• Keep knowledge of the latest hardware and software trends and technologies up to date.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an IT Project or Solutions role.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware, software, systems, networks, Wi‑Fi, and servers.
• Experience monitoring and maintaining servers and networks.
• Advanced technical support skills for client stakeholders such as IT Managers.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and pay close attention to detail.
