Senior Sustainability Risk & Policy Lead

AXA UK is seeking a proactive Senior Sustainability Manager to guide the sustainability strategy, embed climate risks into governance, and coordinate PRA SS5/25 implementation across risk, finance, underwriting and strategy teams.

You will shape external benchmarking, disclosures and horizon scanning, while supporting customer-facing teams with related inquiries. The role offers flexible working arrangements and is based in the United Kingdom with hybrid work.
