Senior Soft FM Assurance & Transformation Lead

Landmarc Solutions is seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional to lead the development, assurance and transformation of Soft FM services across the UK Training Estate. The role supports over 9,000 assets across 200,000 hectares and will drive service excellence, compliance and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will manage contracts and suppliers, ensure H&S compliance, and influence senior stakeholders across a national estate.
