Electrical Design Engineer

JOB – Electrical Design EngineerLOCATION – LeicestershireTERM – PermanentSALARY – £35,000 – £60,000 per annum.

A Leicestershire based Engineering company are currently looking for a Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Requirements:

• Proficient with AutoCAD Electrical design package.
• Previous electrical design experience in a manufacturing environment or similar.
• Previous experience designing industrial machinery.
• Good PLC/ HMI understanding & knowledge.
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Producing design documentation & electrical wiring diagrams.
• Ensuring health & safety regulations are being met at all times.
• Providing support to other engineers when required.
• Writing software for PLC & HMIs.
