Job Title: Warehouse Counterbalance & Flexi Forklift Driver, Brough, HU15

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Warehouse Counterbalance & Flexi Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating counterbalance and flexi (bendy) forklifts to move, load, unload, and store goods safely and efficiently while supporting general warehouse operations.

Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00

Pay Rate

£13.71

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and Flexi (Bendy) forklifts safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Load and unload deliveries from lorries and containers.
• Move stock to designated storage locations and replenish picking areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Carry out stock checks and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure goods are stored correctly and safely.
• Inspect forklifts before use and report any faults or maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Follow all health and safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Skills and Experience

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (required).
• Valid Flexi/Bendy Forklift Licence (required).
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (desirable).

• Flexible and willing to undertake a variety of warehouse tasks.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move goods where required.
