This elite US law firm is looking for an Operations Lead/PSL to join their top tier restructuring practice in London, as they continue to grow. The successful candidate will ideally be a fee earner with real deal experience at a top firm, who is looking to step off the tools and help shape a fast-growing practice from the inside.
This will be a vital and fully-integrated position within the team and is being built with a deliberately open remit, shaped around what the team needs as it scales. The role will certainly entail business/client development, AI strategy, and associate support, whilst giving the successful candidate real influence over how the role and the practice’s operational backbone develops.
