THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for a talented Restructuring & Insolvency Senior Associate Solicitor 5-7 PQE to join a highly regarded London team
n
This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, high-profile restructuring and insolvency matters, advising a broad range of stakeholders across both contentious and non contentious mandates.
n
The role offers a significant level of responsibility from the outset, leading transactions, managing matters independently, and playing an active role handling cross border work
n
You will be expected to take a leading role in distressed M&A transactions, acting for both buy and sell side clients across a variety of sectors, coordinating with overseas counsel where required.
n
As a team member, you will have an opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and help shape the future growth of the practice within a collaborative, inclusive and forward thinking law firm

THE CANDIDATE
n
You will have a solid 5-7 PQE handling a mixed restructuring and insolvency workload gained within a leading law firm
n
Strong knowledge of corporate and business structures, with the ability to analyse complex financial and legal information
n
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellent technical and communication skills
n
