A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Events Manager with wider marketing experience to manage a busy programme of events, including seminars and conferences, both in the UK and internationally at a renowned global law firm.

Key Responsibilities of the Events Manager:

n

 

n

    n

  • Work with Lawyers and Marketing & Business Development teams to define clear event objectives
  • n

  • Drive a more strategic approach to events that align with the firm’s priorities to maximise cross-selling and client engagement
  • n

  • Manage events throughout the lifecycle and support team members, providing oversight, guidance, quality control, and escalation support where required
  • n

  • Work with stakeholders to improve the use of data before and after events, including attendance analysis and follow-up campaigns
  • n

  • Ensure events are effectively promoted internally and externally, maximising visibility, attendance, and cross-practice engagement
  • n

  • Collaborate with digital, CRM, brand and communications teams to deliver integrated marketing activity aligned to events and wider marketing campaigns
  • n

Skills & Requirements of the Events Manager:

n

 

n

    n

  • Law firm experience in a similar Marketing / Events role is essential
  • n

  • Previous line management experience is required
  • n

  • Strong experience managing and overseeing in-person, virtual and hybrid events
  • n

  • Experience using CRM and email marketing systems (e.g. InterAction, Vuture)
  • n

  • Marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) or equivalent experience
  • n

  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage a varied workload and support events outside standard hours where required
