Overview

Senior Social Worker – Adults – Social Care Qualified (Contract). This role is a 2-week contract opportunity for a Social Worker experienced in adult social care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of adults’ social care needs
• Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and their families
• Keep accurate and detailed records according to compliance standards
• Provide advice and support to clients and their carers
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery
• Ensure timely and effective reviews of care plans
• Promote independence and wellbeing for service users
• Adhere to safeguarding policies and safeguarding procedures
• Complete all required documentation and reports promptly

Candidate Skills & Requirements

• Social Worker qualification (e.g., HCPC registered)
• Proven experience working with adult social care services
• Strong knowledge of social care legislation and safeguarding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Valid DBS and right to work in the UK
