We are recruiting a demand planner for a fast-growing business within the toy industry, supplying products across the UK and key European markets. As they continue to scale, they are investing in stronger planning processes, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to support ambitious growth plans. The business is at an exciting stage of implementing a formal Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework, creating a fantastic opportunity for a Demand Planner to make a genuine impact and help shape future ways of working.

This is a pivotal role for an experienced Demand Planner who enjoys balancing analytical forecasting with process improvement. You will be covering the GSA & Benelux regions, acting as the bridge between commercial objectives and operational execution, you will translate sales targets and retail value ambitions into realistic, volume-based demand plans that support the wider supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams. You will be responsible for building and maintaining forecasts, analysing historical performance, supporting new product launches, and driving forecast accuracy through KPI tracking and root-cause analysis. A key part of the role will involve documenting and improving forecasting processes, helping to establish a single source of truth across the business as it develops its S&OP capability. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Procurement, you will challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure demand plans are aligned with inventory targets and lead times.You will also play an important role in presenting insights to stakeholders, turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that support better decision-making.

We are looking for a Demand Planning professional with at least 2–3 years’ experience in a dedicated demand planning role and a passion for improving forecasting accuracy and business processes. You will be highly analytical, commercially aware, and comfortable translating high-level sales ambitions into practical, data-backed plans. You will have experience working with planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms, alongside strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. Experience creating reporting dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight would be highly advantageous. Exposure to an S&OP environment is preferred, and experience within the toy industry or another highly seasonal or trend-led sector would be particularly beneficial. Experience with demand planning in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium and Holland will also be a big plus.

In return, the salary on offer is up to £50,000 with a discretionary annual bonus, 33 days holiday and private pension. The role is based in Central London, offers hybrid working with the option to work two days from home if living inside London, three days from home if you living outside of the London area.
