Start as Assembly Operator – Training & Progression

Osborne Appointments is looking for an Assembly Operative to join a family-run business in Bassingbourn, UK. This position is perfect for those without prior experience, as positive attitude and attention to detail are valued.

You’ll work typical hours from 07:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 07:00 to 10:00 on Fridays. Responsibilities include working with metal sheets, packing goods, and heavy lifting using hand tools. This is a temp to perm opportunity with training and a progression plan offered.
