Job Description:
Coventry City Council is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our school-based team. You will lead planned learning for individuals, groups and whole classes in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining high standards of classroom management.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, provide effective feedback to learners and support pupils in KS1/KS2 to progress and achieve well. This permanent role starts 1 September 2026.
