Founding AI Engineer: Lead Backend & AI-Native Product

Jobtailor is seeking an engineering leader to spearhead the development of an AI-powered mental health product, initially audio-focused. You will own the project from early scoping through execution, architect scalable backend systems and APIs, and contribute to frontend/mobile work as needed.

You will collaborate with clinicians, designers and product stakeholders to shape the solution, establish engineering best practices, mentor the team, and drive decisions in a fast-moving environment.
