ADULT SOCIAL WORKERS – BRISTOL. Hybrid Working | 3 Roles Available | Immediate Start. We are recruiting 3 experienced Adult Social Workers to join a busy and supportive team based at Bristol Community Links in Bristol.
Start Date: Mid-March. Location/Base: Bristol Community Links. Contract: Full-time until 30 September. Free on-site parking available. Hybrid working model with flexibility and a clear structure, including office attendance during the initial weeks, rostered duty days, and monthly practice meetings.
Responsibilities
- Car Act Assessments
- Reviews
- Section 42 Enquiries
- Mental Capacity Assessments
- Best Interest Decisions
- Participation in duty rota
- Court of Protection work (where applicable)
Who We’re Looking For
- Confident, experienced practitioners who can hit the ground running
- Considerable experience in Adult Social Care
- Strong knowledge of statutory responsibilities
- Confident managing complex caseloads
- Experience using LAS (preferred)
- To apply you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker
- A relevant Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Work England
- Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
- 3 years of referencing
- Driving license with access to a car
