Responsibilities
- Teach a secondary sensory class delivering a highly personalised sensory curriculum.
- Plan engaging lessons tailored to pupils with complex learning needs.
- Create stimulating sensory learning experiences that promote communication, confidence and engagement.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress against personalised learning outcomes.
- Work alongside therapists, teaching assistants and families.
- Create a safe, positive classroom where every pupil can thrive.

What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching a class following a sensory curriculum.
- Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs, including autism and complex learning needs.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A patient, creative and flexible approach to teaching.
- Dedication to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
