Sales Administrator / Customer Service Administrator

Responsibilities

• Proactively ensure the highest levels of customer service to uphold the Company’s ‘customer first’ approach and promote its ‘Think Customer’ culture.
• Collaborate with all business teams so that all customer credits are processed in a timely manner, returns are handled promptly, stock issues impacting order fulfilment are resolved and customers are informed with a proposed solution, and any post‑delivery problems (damaged goods, missing items, etc.) are resolved efficiently.
• Work with the Compliance team to identify, investigate and resolve customer‑facing opportunities for improvement and non‑compliances.
• Use company software packages to manage customer service duties efficiently.
• Proactively engage customers to maintain service levels.
• Provide inbound telephone support for the Sales team.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of SOP systems and procedures.
• Accurate processing of large amounts of data.
• Knowledge of Sage systems.
• Good IT skills – Excel and Word.
