Lifeguard II: Pool Safety & Rules Enforcer

YMCA Boston in Brighton is seeking a Lifeguard to supervise the pool area after hours. Under the Aquatics Director, you will guard the pool, ensure patron safety, enforce rules, and follow branch emergency protocols.

This on-site role requires evening and closing shifts, with hours 5:00pm–10:00pm Monday–Thursday and 3:00pm–6:30pm Friday. You will respond quickly to incidents, maintain a clean pool environment, and help create a safe, welcoming atmosphere for swimmers.
