Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship with an immediate start.

This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a career in marketing while gaining valuable, hands‑on experience across three different businesses. Rather than working with just one organisation, you’ll develop marketing knowledge and practical skills in a variety of industries, giving you a broader understanding of how marketing strategies and activities differ between businesses.

You will:

• Support a range of marketing activities across three businesses.
• Create and schedule content for social media and digital channels.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Learn how to analyse campaign performance and customer engagement.
• Gain experience with a variety of marketing tools and platforms.

What we’re looking for:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Creative thinking and an interest in marketing.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• No previous marketing experience is required, although any relevant experience or interest would be beneficial.

Location & Hours:

• Location: Market Harborough (on-site)
• Hours: 30 hours per week
