Bristol – £32,500 per annum + 18% Shift Allowance + Benefits. Permanent, rotating shift pattern.

As a Production Technician – Electrical you will play a key role in the assembly, wiring, testing, and build of complex electrical and electro‑mechanical systems within a precision‑focused manufacturing environment, working a rotating shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical assembly and wiring of advanced equipment and sub‑assemblies
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and engineering drawings
• Conducting fault finding, diagnostics, and electrical testing activities
• Supporting production build schedules while maintaining high quality standards
• Working closely with engineering and production teams to ensure on‑time delivery
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in electrical assembly, production, manufacturing, or technician environments
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation
• Hands‑on experience with wiring, testing, or electro‑mechanical systems desirable
• Strong attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern
• Relevant electrical qualification advantageous (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent)
