AI-Native Finance Systems Lead: ERP Migration & Automation

causaLens is seeking a Finance & Revenue Operations lead to own the day-to-day operating cadence and drive the systems roadmap as we migrate to an AI-native ERP. You will partner with the CFO, manage data, integrations, cutover, and post go-live operations.

From Months 1–4 you will lead the ERP migration, stabilize payroll journals, and automate the close engine. Months 4–12 focus on revenue, GTM, and operations, building an FP&A data layer and deploying Digital Workers into live finance
