Our client is expanding their specialist Valuation team and are seeking an experienced MRICS Registered Valuerto join us at Associate, Senior Associate or Divisional Director level. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded surveyor looking to develop their career within a supportive, fast‑growing practice.
In this role, you will undertake Red Book–compliant secured lending valuationsacross both commercial and residential assets. You’ll be familiar with the London and South East property markets, ideally with hands‑on experience in Greater London, Hertfordshire, Essex or Kent. With a minimum of 3+ years’ post‑qualification experiencededicated to valuation work, you’ll bring strong technical expertise and the confidence to manage a varied caseload—our average valuation fee is circa £2,000.
