Nursery Room Leader & 3rd in Charge (Toddler Room) – Fulham

Trainee Deputy Manager

This should be someone who has the gravitas and experience to step into a super‑numerous Deputy Manager role within 6‑8 months.

• Minimum Level 3 (L3) qualification required.
• Toddler Room – 12 children and 2 staff members.
• Working hours: 7.45 am – 6.30 pm, 4 days per week with 1 day off or 9 days every 2 weeks.
• Salary: up to £29‑31 k for L3 Room Leader / 3rd in Charge depending on experience and qualifications; increasing to £36 k for Deputy Manager.
