Senior Children’s Residential Lead — Safeguarding & Growth

Brook Street in Bradford is seeking a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker to support children and young people aged 8-17 with EBD in a 4-bed home. The role offers £15.75 per hour, plus a £3,000 welcome bonus; 160 hours per month and £45 per sleep.

You will lead shifts, promote safety, supervise staff, and help with routines, education and activities. Required Level 3 Children & Young People qualification, strong leadership and safeguarding focus.
