About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, strategy-minded Visual Designer & Content Creator to own our organic social presence and support our paid ad creative pipeline. You’ll blend design skills with content strategy — researching what’s working across the industry, producing scroll-stopping ads, and building an always-on organic content engine across TikTok and Instagram Reels.
This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, design, and influencer management — perfect for someone who loves both the “why” behind a hook and the craft of making it look good.
What You’ll Do
Ad Creative & Strategy
- Research and analyze competitor ads to identify trends, formats, and hooks that convert
- Develop creative strategies for paid campaigns based on findings
- Produce both video and static ads using our existing creative library
- Resize and adapt creative for multiple platforms and aspect ratios
Organic Content (TikTok & Instagram Reels)
- Plan, shoot/edit, and post highly engaging organic content
- Develop story strategies and manage day-to-day Stories posting
- Write scroll-stopping hooks and craft strong visual design across all content
- Actively engage with the community (comments, DMs, replies)
Influencer Management
- Manage relationships with our 10 legacy influencers, coordinating content requests
- Identify gaps in existing video assets and brief influencers to fill them
- Source and onboard new influencers, developing outreach and briefing strategies
- Write clear creative briefs, review submitted content, and repurpose influencer videos into both organic posts and paid ad creative
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in social media content creation and/or paid ad creative (portfolio required)
Strong understanding of TikTok/Reels trends, editing styles, and platform best practices
Skilled in video editing and graphic design (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premiere, Figma, or similar)
Experience designing for multiple formats — social, email, web, and print/packaging
Experience analyzing competitor ads and translating insights into creative direction
Excellent copywriting instincts — especially for hooks and captions
Experience working with influencers/creators (briefing, feedback, content management)
Highly organized, able to manage multiple content streams and deadlines simultaneously
- A sharp eye for what makes content stop the scroll — and what makes a brand feel cohesive everywhere it shows up
