Overview
We are seeking consultants of all levels to provide support to the Operations & Safety group within Intelligent Infrastructure, contributing to high value advisory services for public and private sector clients across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the O&S group’s six technical areas: operational safety, transport network operations, human centred design, strategy development, policy monitoring & evaluation, tunnel systems & operations.
- Conduct analysis and interpretation of information from various sources and communicate findings effectively to clients.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, or contractors in transport, public sector or high‑risk environments to deliver sustainable and safe operating solutions.
- Assist in the design, operation and management of tunnels in the highway and utility sectors.
Qualifications
- Technical background with relevant qualifications (degree or similar higher education) in any of the six technical areas.
- Experience working on high‑quality consultancy‑style projects aligned with one of the six technical areas.
- Proven ability to analyse and interpret information from multiple sources and communicate findings effectively.
- Experience in a client, consultant or contractor role, ideally within transport, public sector or high‑risk environments.
