About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing high‑quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
- Building positive relationships and creating meaningful experiences for those in your care.
- Supporting residents with their daily activities and individual needs.
- Maintaining accurate records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
- Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.
- Demonstrating kindness, compassion and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
- Undertaking additional duties as required to ensure the smooth delivery of care services.
About You
- Enthusiastic about providing outstanding care and support.
- Compassionate, empathetic and respectful towards others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Encourage and support residents to maintain their interests, hobbies and social connections.
- Previous care experience beneficial but not essential; full training and ongoing support provided.
What We Offer
- Pay: £12.80 per hour.
- Flexible contracts of 22 or 33 hours per week.
- Night shifts available.
- Bank contracts available.
- Shift patterns: 8:00pm – 8:00am.
