About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing high‑quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Building positive relationships and creating meaningful experiences for those in your care.
• Supporting residents with their daily activities and individual needs.
• Maintaining accurate records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
• Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.
• Demonstrating kindness, compassion and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Undertaking additional duties as required to ensure the smooth delivery of care services.

About You

• Enthusiastic about providing outstanding care and support.
• Compassionate, empathetic and respectful towards others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• Encourage and support residents to maintain their interests, hobbies and social connections.
• Previous care experience beneficial but not essential; full training and ongoing support provided.

What We Offer

• Pay: £12.80 per hour.
• Flexible contracts of 22 or 33 hours per week.
• Night shifts available.

• Shift patterns: 8:00pm – 8:00am.
