• We need the ability to accurately follow procedures, including setting up equipment and documents.
• We need troubleshooting skills for printers and software issues.
• We need knowledge of replacing toners.
• We need familiarity with network environments.
• We need someone who is level‑headed, can stay calm, and think clearly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• We will be carrying out troubleshooting for printers, software issues, and user issues.
• We will be setting up equipment and documents accurately.
• We will be replacing toners when required.
• We will be working around site and providing support in different locations rather than remaining behind a desk.
