Role&Responsibilities:

• Promoteinclusionandacceptanceofallstudents
• Teachpupilsconsistentlywhilstrespondingtotheirindividualneeds
• Workwithsmallgroupsofchildrenoronaonetoonebasistohelpthemunderstandhowtoregulatetheirbehaviour
• Workaspartofateamwhoshareanempathyforstudentswithspecialeducationalneeds
• Musthaverecent/relevantexperienceworkingwithchildrenandyoungpeople,specificallythosewithSpecialNeedsORexperienceinatransferableindustry;toincludebutnotexclusiveto:policing,armedforces,care,performing,sportingortheUKjusticesystem
• Aminimumdegreelevelqualification(ideallyholdingQTS)with6monthsofteachingexperience
