Fairmont Windsor Park, part of the Arora Group, is seeking a Wellness Spa Reception Manager to lead the Spa Concierge and Attendant teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences at our 251-room luxury hotel set in 40 acres. You will recognise VIP arrivals, coordinate a seamless guest journey, and ensure requests are met with care.

This role also involves acting as duty manager on shifts and driving initiatives across wellness spaces.
