German Speaking DD Consultant – Telecoms

The Role

A client in the consulting industry is seeking a German-speaking Telecom Due Diligence Consultant to join the team for an initial project engagement.

You will support a comprehensive commercial and vendor due diligence project focused on the German mid-sized Mittelstand market, delivering robust market insights and financial analysis. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and project leads to assess market dynamics, competitive positioning and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support key workstreams within a commercial and vendor due diligence engagement
• Conduct detailed market analysis
• Develop market sizing, segment analysis and identify demand drivers
• Build financial models and synthesise insights into clear recommendations

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial due diligence within consulting or advisory environments
• Strong background in ICT or telecommunications sectors
• Demonstrated expertise in market sizing and financial modelling
• Fluency in German – reading, writing and speaking.
