Team Overview
The Decarb Modular Solutions team oversees the programming, procurement, planning and execution of multiple offsite modular projects, including package plantrooms and MEP lateral and riser distribution modules. Working withing our new state‑of‑the‑art Modular Solutions facility, the team play a key role in cross‑functional delivery alongside our decarbonation business units.
Role Overview
The Electrical Project Manager will provide leadership and direction across the operational delivery of our Offsite Modular Solutions, having overall ownership and management of our electrical, BMS and offsite assembly teams, including management and resourcing of our subcontracted labour. The successful candidate will manage cross‑functional teams, foster a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing leadership and governance as well as having visibility and input to the commercial, engineering, design, quality and logistical functions.

What You’ll be Doing
- Lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with schedules and maintaining high‑quality standards.
- Manage cross‑functional teams, foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track KPIs, identify trends, and drive performance improvements.
- Manage multiple priorities under pressure and make sound decisions.
Qualifications
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Prior experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong background in electrical systems, BMS, and construction within modular or commercial MEP sectors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Full driving license.
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and able to inspire and maintain team productivity.
