Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair heating and hot water systems.
- Carry out service and maintenance works on domestic properties across the region.
- Ensure high levels of customer care with clients and tenants.
- Communicate updates and progress of work, complete required paperwork electronically and manually.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements and legislation (Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, COSHH records).
- Comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available.
- Provide out‑of‑hours evening and weekend cover on a rota basis.
- Complete all appropriate criminal and reference checks before starting work.
Qualifications
- Gas qualifications essential: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.
- Professional attitude with a friendly and professional approach to building client and tenant relationships.

Working Hours
Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, 40 hrs per week, 1 hour lunch daily. Call‑out rota for evenings and weekends.
