Epic Training Lead – Digital Adoption

Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Epic Principal Trainer on a fixed-term basis until 28 May 2027. You will lead training across Epic and other digital systems to enable staff to use new tools confidently and improve patient care.

The role involves designing curricula, delivering in person and online sessions, and working with clinical and digital teams to align training with service priorities. Secondment options may be available.
