Head of HR Tech Engineering & Integrations

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced engineering leader to set the strategy and technical direction for its Corporate HR platforms. You will lead 4–5 Engineering Managers and oversee teams responsible for HR technology spanning Oracle PeopleSoft, payroll, and recruitment workflows.

You will provide cross-platform engineering leadership across multiple systems and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable integrations while driving best practices in CI/CD, testing and incident management.
