Remote – 6 Month Contract – Outside IR35 – QA Engineer

We’re hiring a QA Engineer to join an exciting technology transformation programme. This is an opportunity to play a key role in modernising quality assurance practices by embedding AI-assisted testing while helping deliver high-quality customer-facing and back-office applications.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote

IR35 Status: Outside

What you’ll be doing:

• Own end-to-end quality within an Agile delivery squad.
• Perform functional, manual, and exploratory testing across multiple applications.
• Leverage AI-assisted testing tools to improve test coverage, efficiency, and defect detection.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and automation engineers to ensure quality is built into every stage of delivery.
• Contribute to the evolution of QA best practices and modern testing strategies.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven commercial experience in manual, functional, and exploratory testing.
• Must have experaince working within the Insurance Domain
• Must have hands-on experience using AI-assisted testing or AI-powered development tools.
• Experience with API testing.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure experience is advantageous).
• Strong communication skills and experience working within Agile teams.
• 5 Years Minimum working as a QA Engineer
