David Lloyd Clubs offer a diverse timetable of exercise classes, from yoga to HIIT, alongside our six Signature Classes. All Signature Classes come with bespoke, CIMSPA-accredited training and ongoing coaching.
Signature Classes
- BLAZE – high-intensity strength, cardio & combat training
- SPIRIT – a fusion of yoga and Pilates
- CYCLONE – performance-focused indoor cycling
- RHYTHM – ride to the beat for a music-fuelled cycling experience
- IGN1TE – a choreographed, cardio-based workout
- BATTLEBOX – full-body outdoor functional fitness

As a Group Exercise Instructor: adapt to all fitness levels and abilities; inspire and support members to achieve their goals; provide excellent communication and interaction; maintain a self-driven, positive outlook; deliver high-quality customer service and contribute to a thriving, inclusive culture.
Qualifications
- Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply
- Ability to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities
